Kenneth Hardwick
brings steady leadership and a deep commitment to community‑centered agriculture. With a hands‑on approach and a passion for sustainable farming, he supports the farm’s daily operations while helping guide long‑term planning and growth. Kenneth’s practical experience, strong work ethic, and dedication to the mission make him an essential part of the team, ensuring that Back to the Basic Farms continues to thrive and serve the community. He is responsible for safety checks to ensure a secure environment for both workers and visitors, helping minimize risks across the farm. In addition to his safety oversight, Mr. Hardwick manages the overall maintenance of the property and supports general crop production.
