Tara Fields
Ms. Fields is a business entrepreneur and the founder and general manager of BTTB (Back to the Basic Farms). She is one of the key visionaries behind this endeavor. Her quest to live off the land, become self-sufficient, and inspire minorities to farm serves as her inspiration to establish BTTB Farms. Currently, she holds the following degrees: AA, BA, MSM, and is pursuing a doctoral degree in health administration. Her current project involves researching the impact of lack of access to healthy food on individual health.
Kenneth Hardwick
Mr. Hardwick will serve as the Farm Environmental Manager. His responsibilities will include conducting daily safety checks to minimize injury to workers and visitors. Additionally, he will oversee the overall maintenance of the farm and general crop production.
Mikella Fields J.D.
Ms. Fields will provide legal support and farming guidance for the farm. Additionally, she will offer guidance on farm infrastructure, including land, resources, and other legal farming initiatives.
