Ms. Fields is the business entrepreneur and will serve as the General Manager of BTTB. She is one of the key visionary behind this endeavor. Her quest to to live off the land , become self-sufficient and inspire minorities to farm serves as her inspiration to establish BTTB farms. (Back to the Basic Farms)
Kenneth Hardwick
Mr. Hardwick will serve as the Farm Environmental Manager. His responsibility will include daily safety check to minimize injury to workers and visitors. In addition, he will maintain overall maintenance of the farm and general crop production.
Mikella Fields J.D.
Ms. Fields will serve to provide support information to our farm business in regards to legal aspects and information concerning our farm land rights and farm initiatives.
